My family and I were lucky enough to go with Crosby & Bruce for our tour of the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye. Ray (owner of the company) was an incredible guide throughout our tour. Very professional with a beautiful vehicle, with a great sense of humour and an incredible wealth of knowledge of the area. Ray does a great job of making the tour fun and personalised, and makes the whole experience feel incredibly special and luxurious. He picked us up on time with great communication prior from our hotel in Edinburgh. His luxury and spacious Mercedes van came stocked with water and everything you might need (including umbrellas to deal with the ever changing weather in Scotland).
I could not recommend Ray and his company enough. A true professional through and through. Rays enthusiasm and love of his job shines through the tour and I would do this tour again just to learn more about this great country from Ray.

We had the most wonderful day with Ray! I booked the Loch Lomond and Highlands tour to Glencoe as a surprise for my parents. It is a tour we will never forget. Ray is very passionate about being a guide and giving his customers the best possible Scottish experience. He is a master storyteller, orchestrating the history and legends perfectly to the setting and his well thought through choice of music. The car was brand new and comfortable, the route with its stops and food possibilities well planned. Even his outfit and the place for a wee dram were perfect. Nothing negative to say and definitely recommending Crosby & Bruce!

We had a wonderful time in Scotland. We have travelled through Highlands, North Coast and Isle of Skye and apart from fascinating history of Scotland we have also learned about whisky tasting. We just finished a lovely 11 day Scotland Vacation which was capped off with an 8 day guided tour in the Highlands with Ray (owner of Crosby and Bruce). I can not say enough wonderful things. I would recommend his services to anyone considering a trip to Scotland whether they be singles, couples, families, or groups. Every detail, every surprise stop, every recommendation was perfection. We were guided safely around the highlands in the most comfortable of accommodations where he would have a fresh bottle of water waiting for us daily. I do not think his eye for detail and planning could be matched elsewhere. We were hanging on his every word during his passionate delivery of historical details and storytelling. This was NOT your boring bus tour with stock presentation. He is so very knowledgeable and passionate. As he said in his email to me “Don’t worry. I want to show you the very best my amazing country has to offer”. And that he did!! Every day. Every detail. Every experience. Thank you Ray for showing us beautiful Scotland in such a magnificent way. Team Texas will be back!

Our tour with Ray was outstanding! We had never been to Scotland before and had no idea where to go, and as a local, he showed us a bit of everything in one day! We saw castles, lakes, rivers, small cozy towns, the forest, the highlands, the best shops and restaurants, locally owned. Best food, best scenaries, avoided the crowds. 2 people completely worth the price. This is the best tour I have been in my life and we are eager travellers. So much history and stories, the music, all the details. I cannot recomend him enough. Ray was outstanding, the tour was magnificent, our day was beyond wonderful!

We just spent 2 days with Ray Crosby touring the Scottish Highlands and other Outlander locales. What a fantastic experience! In addition to the show locations, we went through the Culloden battlefield and Glen Coe with Ray. He is an unending source of local knowledge, as well as Scottish history. Part of the attraction of the Outlander show is the historical ties to the Jacobite rebellion and its aftermath. Ray put all the action and events into inspired explanations and made each day fascinating. The weather was by and large perfect (except for our afternoon in Glen Coe) so the exhilarating Scottish scenery was on full display as well. I would unhesitatingly recommend Ray for any Scottish tour desires. Our tentative plans to be in Scotland again next year will certainly include calling Ray again. Strongly recommend.

We did many things during our 2 week vacation to the UK, but nothing that stands out quite like our day tour of the Highlands with Ray.
From the time he picked us up to when he dropped us off, he brought his passion and enthusiasm while sharing the history, music, languages and landscape of Scotland. When booking with Ray, we shared with him our interests and from there he created a custom day trip just for us. We saw countless castles, kirks and lochs while discovering the landscape not only for its beauty but also its historical impact and appearance in tv and movies. Ray is a storyteller at heart and will transport you back in time with music and the tales he shares.
